"Colin diligently took the brief for our self-catering apartment, which we presented in quite a muddled format at that stage - and, without any fuss or the need for constant feedback, produced, in record time, a website that was both excellent in its design and had a very high-quality feel - it was instantly distinguishable from many other sites in the same market. Colin's artistic interpretation and input was impressive; we were delighted with the site from the minute we saw it - in fact, it exceeded our expectations. And, his rate was extremely competitive. As part of the design and management package, he also provided us with one-to-one training with his management system, which was very comprehensive.

Throughout the last year, he has been a constant source of help and assistance - quietly and confidently steering us through our first year in business; no problem has been too much trouble, despite the fact that we regularly request changes - and, I am quite sure at times, would have tried the patience of a saint. Moreover, he has frequently assisted us with general enquiries of a technical nature, which has been a tremendous support to us, particularly as we are far from experts in this field. I cannot recommend him highly enough - his website design abiltites are outstanding, and his personal qualities make him a pleasure to work with at all times.

The attractvieness of our website has been instrumental in this, our start-up year. It conveyed to our target market exactly what we desired - and we have had very positive feedback from all our guests, as well as from a variety of other sources.
